Rebekah is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, where she honed her skills in understanding and addressing complex psychological issues. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Counseling & Human Services at Moody Bible Institute, which provided her with a solid grounding in the principles of human behavior and the importance of compassionate care.

Rebekah has worked with a wide array of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, abuse, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, stress, and emotional regulation. Her experience allows her to approach each client with empathy and insight, recognizing the unique struggles they face and the individual paths they must navigate toward healing.

Rebekah is profoundly grateful for the opportunity to support individuals and couples on their journeys toward healing and personal growth. She believes that true wellness encompasses multiple dimensions of life, including psychological, mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational well-being. Her commitment to fostering personal growth is evident in her therapeutic practice, where she strives to equip her clients with the tools and strategies they need to lead fulfilling and healthy lives.

In her approach to therapy, Rebekah utilizes a variety of techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. This eclectic methodology allows her to adjust her interventions to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, ensuring that they receive the most effective support possible. Rebekah’s faith in Jesus Christ is a central aspect of her identity, and she views counseling as a sacred opportunity for the Lord to facilitate the sanctification process in her clients’ lives. She believes that the most profound growth occurs when the principles of the gospel are integrated into the therapeutic process, providing a holistic framework for healing. However, she is also deeply respectful of the diverse worldviews held by her clients and is committed to incorporating faith into the counseling process only when it aligns with their desires and beliefs.

Outside of her professional life, Rebekah cherishes spending quality time with her husband and engaging in activities that bring her joy and fulfillment. She is passionate about coaching college volleyball, where she not only shares her love for the sport but also mentors young athletes in their personal and athletic development. Additionally, Rebekah enjoys watching football, running, reading, and journaling, all of which contribute to her well-rounded lifestyle. She also has a particular fondness for savoring a good cup of coffee.
