Are you struggling with mental health concerns or challenges related to substance use? Do you often feel overwhelmed by low self-esteem, a lack of motivation, or inner restlessness? Maybe you find yourself repeating unhealthy patterns in relationships, or feeling uncertain in your decision-making. You might be navigating complex family dynamics, or simply trying to discover how to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. If this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone—and change is possible. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns, find clarity, and move toward the life you deserve.
My passion lies in helping individuals who are facing mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or feeling stuck in life, I am here to walk alongside you. I believe that healing and personal growth come from an authentic therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, compassion—and for many, faith. I welcome the opportunity to integrate spirituality into the counseling process for those who desire it, and I believe that hope, grace, and renewal are deeply connected to healing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornerstone University. My academic and professional journey has been rooted in a faith-based perspective, equipping me with both clinical knowledge and a Christ-centered approach to support clients in a holistic way. I am passionate about walking with individuals as they work to overcome obstacles and rediscover the purpose and peace God has for them. My approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in the belief that every person is created with inherent value and the capacity for transformation.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in life’s simple blessings. I enjoy playing Monopoly Go, relaxing by beautiful Reeds Lake, and spending quality time with my three lovely daughters and grandchildren. Whether it’s enjoying a good laugh with family or taking in the peacefulness of nature, these moments refresh my soul and remind me of God’s grace and presence in everyday life.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Therapy can be a powerful step toward healing, self-discovery, and reclaiming your sense of peace. If you’re looking for someone to support you in both your mental health and spiritual journey, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
Let’s talk.
