Haley is a Limited Licensed Counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cornerstone University. Before pursuing her graduate studies, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University. Her background in both counseling and nutrition has fostered a deep appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and she approaches her work through a lens of holistic wellness.

Haley is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She believes that emotional healing is not just about symptom relief, but about cultivating wholeness, purpose, and resilience. During her studies and clinical training, Haley developed strong skills in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches, while also integrating mindfulness and relational techniques that honor the uniqueness of each client’s story. Integration of faith and Christian principles is a priority to her. While meeting the client where they are in their faith journey, she believes that the uniqueness of the gospel message builds a foundation of hope and healing that should be important to Christians in the counseling room.

Grounded in her faith, Haley sees each person as inherently valuable and created with purpose. She strives to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can bring their needs. Haley works with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, complex trauma, and faith questions. She has multiple years of experience working with clients of sexual abuse and sex trafficking in an emergency hotline setting and considers herself particularly passionate about this demographic. She considers it a privilege to help others discover their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Outside of counseling Haley enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and son, getting outdoors, and traveling. She likes to remain active through exercise, especially loving long walks.
