Deb is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with her master’s degree in Counseling from Cornerstone University. She combines her training and experience to provide professional counseling from a Biblical framework. Deb strives to create a compassionate and safe environment where clients can experience lasting change and growth in their lives.
Deb enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She incorporates creativity with proven techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR for trauma, and other techniques to provide treatment that best fit each client’s needs. For those who seek to integrate their faith with the counseling process, Deb is well-equipped to help.
Previously with Wedgwood Christian Services, she served as a therapist in secure residential programs, outpatient counseling, and mental health outreach in schools and juvenile detention. She also served as Dean of Students at Cornerstone University. Deb’s broad experience gives her a unique perspective on the challenges children, adolescents, and young adults face in today’s culture.
