1. Where is your office located?
Our office is conveniently located in the Image Building on 28th Street just a short distance off of the I-96 expressway. Take I-96 to the East 28th Street exit; go straight for just a few short blocks to Kraft Avenue, the office is located on the southeast corner of 28th Street and Kraft Avenue.

2. What types of counseling do you offer?

3. What are your counseling fees?
Counseling fees are as follows:
Master’s Therapist: $165 initial session, $100 per each following 45-50 minute session
Doctoral Therapist: $180 initial session, $120 per each following 45-50 minute session
We accept insurance reimbursements from contracted insurance companies.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, Master Card, VISA credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment in full is due at time of visit.
5. Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we are an in-network provider for all PPOMs including PPOM/Cofinity and are accepted by ASR, Physicians Care, BCBS, BCN, GM contract, Messa, Magellan, Priorty Health – POS, PPO, MCR, Aetna, Magellan, Value Options, Humana, Tri-Care, Ceridian EAP, Military One Source.
6. Do you dispense medications?
No, we are not licensed to prescribe medications. You will need to contact your medical doctor or a psychiatrist for your prescriptions. Your therapist can make a recommendation to your doctor or psychiatrist.
7. Does Centennial Park Counseling offer Group Therapy or Workshops?
Yes, at the present time we offer groups for Substance Abuse and Sexual Addiction
