1. Where is your office located?

Our office is conveniently located in the Image Building on 28th Street just a short distance off of the I-96 expressway. Take I-96 to the East 28th Street exit; go straight for just a few short blocks to Kraft Avenue, the office is located on the southeast corner of 28th Street and Kraft Avenue.  We are the business building located directly behind the Panera Beard restaurant on the corner of 28th Street and Kraft Avenue.

2. What types of counseling do you offer?

3.  What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment in full is due at time of visit.

4. Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, we are an in-network for the following insurances:  Aetna, ASR Physicians Care, Cofinity, BCBS, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, McLaren Health Plan, Medicare, TriCare, and United Healthcare/Optum.

We also accept the following three Employee Assistance Programs (EAP):  Charles Nechtem, ComPsych, and Optum.

If you do not see your insurance listed, please call our office to see if we accept your insurance. 

5. Do you dispense medications?

No, our therapists are not able to prescribe medications but we can refer you to psychiatrist, Dr. Aaron Plattner.  For more psychiatric information, contact Dr. Plattner directly at 616-591-6645.

6. Does Centennial Park Counseling offer Group Therapy or Workshops?

Yes, currently we offer groups for Men’s Compulsive Sexual Behaviors.

7. How may we contact you for an appointment or other information?

You may call the office at (616) 949-9550 and our Administrative Staff will be happy to assist you.  If we are unavailable, please leave a voice-mail and we will return your call ASAP, usually within the same working day Monday-Friday.
